I have been a customer of Next Generation for a number of years now, but last year I had an experience that is worthy of this review and probably 6 stars. We were returning from the Canadian Rockies, towing a 30' fifth wheel and my truck broke down in Chinook Montana, over 15+ hours from Baldwin. This happened on a Sunday in the middle of what seemed to be nowhere. As it turned out, we found a small campground just a few miles back, was able to limp the truck and camper back to town without getting towed. After searching the Google machine for local repair shops I found a repair shop only 1 mile away..."American Garage". I contacted them first thing Monday morning, and drove the truck down there. They were able to diagnose it Monday afternoon as needing a new / rebuilt transfer case. Ouch! How does this pertain to Next Generation? Turns out the warranty company and the software Next Gen uses to do the "Complimentary Vehicle Inspection" is a very valuable tool...oh and guess what...American Garage uses the same tools... The two shops hooked up, mainly Melissa in Baldwin and Heather in Chinook, and those two ladies helped get parts warrantied that could be....and so much more...like reimbursement for camping, etc. Really unbelievable and they made it easy. So when they tell you about the warranty and the network...its true, and it works. American Garage was able to look at the vehicle inspections and vehicle history, etc. So thanks to Next Generation! They have separated themselves from other shops in Baldwin....and Great Job with the "Deserving Rides Program" as well!
